Data we process
When you join the MACHONCE early-access list, we store your email address, the date and time of registration, and the consent version recorded with your registration.
GitHub Pages hosts this website and logs visitor IP addresses for security purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your waitlist information to send MACHONCE early-access, closed-alpha and launch communications.
The legal basis for these communications is your consent.
Joining the waitlist is voluntary. If you do not provide your email address, you cannot join the waitlist or receive these communications.
Service providers and international processing
GitHub Pages provides website hosting and Supabase provides the waitlist database.
The waitlist database is currently hosted in the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is currently recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection under the GDPR.
These providers may use subprocessors. Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area without an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards must be used as required by data-protection law.
Retention
We keep your waitlist information until you withdraw your consent, the MACHONCE early-access programme or project ends, or 24 months after registration, whichever occurs first, unless you renew your consent.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, or object where applicable. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
MACHONCE does not use the waitlist for automated decision-making or profiling.
